You've just moved into your new apartment when there is a knock at the door. There stands a smiling girl with a plate full of freshly baked cookies, wearing nothing but a skimpy apron! She introduces herself and casually lets slip that she is "The Community Cumdump". When she finds out you know nothing about her, she proceeds to explain that she is one of the amenities here, and that all the building residents can fuck her as often as they want, and she is ready to service you - NOW!
